The cold water tank is used to store and cool the water for the brewing process. The treated water accumulates in the water tank which, thanks to its jacket and connection to the glycol circuit, is cooled at low temperatures.

The hot water tank is used to store and heat hot water for the brewing process. The treated water is accumulated in the tank and preheated for brew day.

  • Use: to cool the wort with a better yield and to leave the possibility of inoculating lager-type yeasts immediately after brewing

  • Use: allows optimization of thermal energy by connecting to the plate heat exchanger outlet and recovering the cooling water at 80°C.

    The tank is connected to the brewhouse control unit and heating is programmable to have the water ready when it arrives at the factory.

    The level sensor incorporated in the tank serves as protection against overheating of the electric heating elements (electric model).

    Consumption:

    600lt -> 12kW 400V/3PH*.
