PED isobaric fermenters
The isobaric fermenters meet the highest quality standards, they are 60º cylindro-conical, made of AISI304 stainless steel, have double jacket (cone and cylinder), are thermo-insulated and withstand pressure. This last specification makes them very versatile, since the following processes can be carried out:
Atmospheric fermentation with refermentation
Atmospheric fermentation with forced carbonation in the same tank
Isobaric fermentation until the expected volumes are reached
